Sign yourself
This package is our wholly remote and virtual option for clients (wherever you are!) who have the desire to arrange signing documents themselves without the need to meet face-to-face.

This package will suit you if you're a bit time-poor and can't steal away time during the work week.
Sign with me
This package is everything in our “Sign Yourself” Package PLUS a face-to-face meeting with our Director, Michele Davis.
Protect your family and get peace of mind with:

This package will suit you if you prefer to have a sit down and physical signing appointment with someone to sign your new documents.
Add-ons
Once you’ve selected your preferred package, select any add-ons that you need.

- if you have a family trust (per trust) + $440

Mediation services
We offer face-to-face and online mediation solutions for a range of legal disputes.
Full Day Mediation
Includes:
- Invitations to parties
- Pre-Mediation Intake sessions for each party for up to 90 mins (up to 2 parties)
- Review of brief of max 500 pages (physical or digital brief, i.e. eBrief Ready)
- Full-day, 8 hour mediation (10am to 6pm)
- Mediator travel to and from Mediation within Brisbane, Logan, Scenic Rim or Gold Coast locations
- Does not include room hire
- If mediation exceeds 8 hours, discounted hourly rate of $220.00 applies.
Half Day Mediation
Includes:
- Invitations to parties
- Pre-Mediation Intake sessions for each party for up to 90 mins (up to 2 parties)
- Review of brief of max 500 pages (physical or digital brief, i.e. eBrief Ready)
- Half-day, 4 hour mediation (10am to 2pm or 2pm to 6pm)
- Mediator travel to and from Mediation within Brisbane, Logan, Scenic Rim or Gold Coast locations
- Does not include room hire
- If mediation exceeds 4 hours, discounted hourly rate of $220.00 per hour applies.
Additional rates & fees
Additional fees may apply depending on your needs. For a complete quote, please contact us to discuss further. Some additional costs can include:
- Pre-Mediation Intake Sessions – $220.00 per session (90 min session)
- Review of additional brief material (up to additional 250 pages) – $220.00
- Hourly rate (i.e. outside packages) – $220.00
